Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation. By adopting a regular yoga practice you will foster a deeper connection with yourself and learn to live whole heartedly in the present moment. With our classes limited to a max of 10 people, you can be sure you will receive the utmost care and attention from our yoga alliance accredited practitioners.
