Hatha Yoga Class 6pm-7pm

Yoga is not about how flexible you are or what age you are, it is an individuals practice. We focus on keeping classes small, so that this is exactly how you feel when you attend a class in our Mindful Space. Join our talented yoga teachers for an hour of strength, relaxation and connection to self in our Hatha yoga class.

In this class you will

  • Increase strength

  • Increase flexibility

  • Slow down and re-connect with your centre

  • Gain mental clarity

  • Work on deepening your breath

Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure our teachers have the ability to work with each student to maximise your results and class experience.

Props are provided so just bring yourself and a good attitude!
