There are a vast number of meditation techniques and instructions out there which can make it difficult to decipher exactly where to begin when undertaking your own meditation practice. During this 5 week course we will break through the jargon and bust some of the myths so you feel confident in your understanding of meditation which will lead to developing your own daily practice.

During this 5 week course students will learn the following techniques:

  • Breath awareness meditation

  • Mantra meditation

  • Yoga nidra (body scanning)

  • Loving kindness meditation
