Deepening your Practice - Session 3

Whether you are someone who has has dabbled in meditation or have a regular daily practice, this course will provide you with the tools and information you need to continue on your meditation journey. By observing body and mind more closely, students will gain an in-depth understanding of how physical, mental and emotional states control and influence our overall health and wellbeing.

During this four week course you will learn:

  • How to deepen your meditation experience by developing a sustained seated practice.

  • Understand the sustained health benefits of a regular meditation practice.

  • Observe body and mind as your meditation practice evolves.

  • Practice present moment awareness.

  • Increase your connection to self and feel more at ease.
